Recap | It’s A Wrap for ShPFF 2019!

On the evening of June 18, the second Encore Screening of ShPFF 2019 returned to the venue of the Royal Danish Consulate General in Shanghai. ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival 2019 which lasted for 11 days and more than 45 hours, covered LGBTQ film screenings, community dialogues and filmmaker talks has finally come to an end!

The films screened included: Chinese Short Film Awards nominee, Graduation Trip; Denmark Presents, Project Baby, October Boy, and Renovation; International Short Films, Dario, Rubber Dolphin, Cognitio, Undone, Johnny, We Are the New Ireland, Hello My First Love, Over and Out, Pre-Drink, The Puppeteer, These Are My Hands, Thirst, Facebeater, and Michael Joseph Jason John; and a Special Screening of For Izzy.

Ting-Hau Chiu, the Director of Graduation Trip came to Shanghai and shared the inspiration of the film with the audience. The Q&A with the audience was lively.
