Well-Being Panel | What makes us happy in life?
What makes us happy in life? Is it money? Social status? For the LGBTQ community, there can be major barriers to happiness: confusion over gender identity, restrictive gender norms, suppression of gender expression, homophobic speech, and concerns about disease. Indeed, a primary factor for happiness and life satisfaction for the LGBTQ community is health. The Well-Being Panel will discuss physical and psychological health within the LGBTQ community.
