With its row of bras above the bar counter, the well-known Roxie is one of the places a lesbian in Shanghai thinks of when going for a night out. With two dashing and sexy boss ladies, they continuously give great support to ShanghaiPRIDE and are preparing some special-blend cocktails on the day of the event to help promote ShanghaiPRIDE!

288Livehouse, which is located in Sinan Mansion, is a must-go for those who like to be on a rooftop. A rainbow party was just held here on 20-May. It was also a warm-up event that supports ShanghaiPRIDE. Here you can get a drink, have dinner, listen to live music, and enjoy the night view.

White Castle

Fruit pancake burger, ice cream burger, Mundler Jack black truffle burger…. White Castle’s mini burgers are filled with nice surprises. On 25-May, White Castle will prepare a lot of free sweet snacks for ShanghaiPRIDE on a first come first served basis!

Daliah

Daliah is both a bar and a restaurant. It is decorated in an undeniably cool way. The two floors are connected with a metal slide (When we went to the store, everyone couldn’t help but try out the slide and liked it a lot!) The second floor is decorated with lots of hanging flowers, which make a great photo spot under the light. Our activity coincides with their Happy Hour (19:00-21:00), where an Asahi beer only costs RMB18 and other drinks cost RMB35.

blendi

Compared to the lively atmosphere of Tianzifang nearby, blendi has a more relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The signboard at the entrance reads “Shi Mei Nan” (“Trying Boys”). Something that’s worth mentioning is that every Friday and Saturday night from 21.30-24.00 there is a great house artist performing.
(Friendly reminder: When we went to look for blendi in Tianzifang we got lost, but actually you don’t even have to enter Tianzifang. The bar is located outside on Middle Jianguo Road.)
This May, to celebrate the run up to pride week, ShanghaiPRIDE will head to 13 different LGBTQ-friendly bars and restaurants across town! With unique activities at each stop—including photo booths, a fan favorite—we’ll hit all the best hangouts in Shanghai. Enjoy exclusive alcohol discounts and meet all the cuties on our volunteer team. Remember to check out our ShanghaiPRIDE-themed souvenirs, too!
We generously offer you the chance to win a FAST PASS to the ShanghaiPRIDE opening night Bling Party (9 June), by visiting at least six venues to obtain all the colors of the Pride Rainbow! With this pass, you can jump the queue for Shanghai’s hottest party.
About the activities:
Our volunteers will guide you to take a picture in front of our ShanghaiPRIDE-themed photo frames. Share the pictures on your social media (Weibo, WeChat, Rela, and Blued etc.) and you’ll be offered a pride souvenir. Different venues have different color themes. If you collect souvenirs from all six colors of the LGBTQ Pride Flag (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple), you’ll win the FAST PASS to the ShanghaiPRIDE Bling Party, taking place on 9-June.
