ShanghaiPRIDE Pride Talk Call for Speakers

Pride Talk returns to ShanghaiPRIDE in June to tell the amazing stories that are taking place under the rainbow! We are now accepting speaker submissions!

As our rainbow flag flies proudly in the summer breeze this June, so does our excitement and anticipation. We all experience different lives in the vast corners of the world and have unique stories to tell. ShanghaiPRIDE brings us together; Pride Talk lets us open our hearts and share the wonderful world of the LGBTQ community.

2019 Pride Talk – Call for Speakers

What We’re Looking For

A 15-minute long story or speech on a topic of your choice (with presentations);
Topics include LGBTQ-related experiences, work, ideas, or interesting stories. You can explore the subjects of gender and sexual orientation through personal growth, academic research, or any other perspective. We’re open to your brilliant ideas!

What We Do to Help

Speakers can apply regardless of gender and sexual orientation. Both Mandarin Chinese and English speakers are welcome. We can provide coaching on public speaking as well as prior rehearsals if needed.
