For a second year, ShanghaiPRIDE partnered with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates to discuss how to advance LGBTQ workplace diversity and inclusion.
Over 100 companies attended this year’s forum doubling the attendance from the previous year. Those attending heard from various panelists on topics from how to get an Employee Resource Group (ERG) started in their own company, how to be creative and drive change, what the role HR plays in driving an inclusive workplace to an inside look at what other companies are doing around the region.
Throughout the day, over 150 attendees took part in discussions, listened to inspirational stories from Michele Yuen Aboro, Masca Aboro Yuen and their daughter Blue, and Hiker Chiu, and pledged their commitment to apply their learnings into their daily work.
