The Autumn Bike Ride will take place on Saturday morning 16-November. Six teams of cyclists will represent the six colors of the Rainbow Flag, starting from every corner of Shanghai to meet at Cotton’s. The routes range between 5 km to 12 km.
Spots are limited, but everyone is invited to join us at 12:00 at Cotton’s.
First 20 participants will get a Shake Shack Pride T-shirt.

Important Notice:
1. This activity is a fundraising event for ShanghaiPRIDE; there will be no refunds.
2. Please register and donate through the registration website. We will not accept registration on the day of the event.
3. Your registration is successful when you have received a confirmation email, which includes the QR code for the event group chat. Please include your email and phone number so we can contact you.
4. An additional email will be sent one week before the event, which will consist of the route map, gathering point, meeting time, and other information about your chosen route.
5. Please note that you are responsible for bringing your bicycle and bicycle lock. If you would like to join us but do not have a bike, you can use bike-sharing systems.
6. For safety reasons, all participants must wear protective gear including helmets. ShanghaiPRIDE and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or deaths of participants.
7. During the event, please look after your belongings. ShanghaiPRIDE and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
A Note to All ShanghaiPRIDE Supporters
Since the very beginning, every year, we have faced and also overcome countless obstacles and challenges including last-minute venue changes and forced cancellations, someone taking our funds and not returning them, a DJ who died on the way to play for us, etc. But without fail, we’ve managed every time to pull through and make mainland China’s largest and longest-running Pride festival a resounding success.
This year is no different. Unfortunately, today we are facing the biggest challenge in our 11-year history – a big fine. This big fine is extra costs due to new regulations slapped on one of our major cultural events. We have to pay up in a very short time.
We are asking the Shanghai community of LGBTQ individuals and allies for support in this time of need. We are planning a series of fundraisers for the rest of the year. So for those who say June is not enough, well, ShanghaiPRIDE will keep going and going. We are seeking contributions of any amount to help us pay the fine. If anyone whose life has been positively impacted by ShanghaiPRIDE, or if they had a good time at events that we organized over the last 11 years, or think that it is important that this movement on diversity, inclusion, and acceptance is worth it, or that the thousands of hours that almost 800 volunteers in the last 11 years have put in will lead to some good, please help organize our fundraisers or donate. We now need solidarity more than ever.
We have extra merchandise, if you like them, please purchase them and contribute more. Every Yuan counts. We want to continue organizing ShanghaiPRIDE. We will not allow anything to prevent us from that.
