June is Pride Month. Each June, throughout the world, people come together for events that celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender queer social and self-acceptance, achievements, legal rights and pride.

To celebrate Pride Month this year, Moka Bros has teamed up with the Beijing LGBT Center and ShanghaiPRIDE to create a delicious new Power Bowl, the Rainbow Bowl, with part of the proceeds benefitting the Beijing LGBT Center and ShanghaiPRIDE.

And this colorful bowl is just as delicious as it is beautiful, with roasted pumpkin, seared salmon sashimi, mango, wakame, beetroot, ponzu sauce and a choice of brown rice, quinoa black rice mix or mixed salad leaves (Or veganize it by subbing tofu for the salmon sashimi).
