Promo | Event Recap: DNIC Job Fair & Workplace Conference Promotes Workplace D&I

The DNIC Job Fair and Workplace Conference, held at Bridge+ Shanghai on Saturday 19-June, featured inclusive companies, speakers, and experts providing job opportunities and sharing insights on diversity and inclusion.

Global and local multi-national companies, as well as start-ups across the technology, media, consulting, retail, advertisement, recruitment, and legal industries offered more than a hundred job opportunities at the Job Fair. The platform provided job seekers with the conducive environment for conversations with recruiters and networking with peers.

As part of this year’s Job Fair, five career themed workshops were added to help job seekers upgrade their skills to pursue their dream job and receive career guidance.

The Workplace Conference brought together experts from academia, psychology, legal, media and corporate fields to share the status of diversity and inclusion and share best practices of promoting workplace inclusion in China.
