Promo | DEI Series: Life as an Ally & How to Improve Your Allyship
Join us for DNIC’s fourth event of 2022! In this session, we will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Allyship.
DEI activities have become increasingly important in the corporate world to better organizational culture and with this development, the engagement of allies at work has become the rule for organizations, not the exception. You can be an ally to a marginalized group that is close to you or a person who might need your allyship at work or outside of work. But how do you successfully become an “active Ally”, and what does it mean to be a “SUPER Ally”? How can you improve your mindset and communication skills in the right direction to be a sincere ally to the community or person you wish to support?
In this DNIC webinar, you will learn about allyship from the “Straight Ally” angle and what it means to be an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community in a challenging environment. Moreover, you will learn about allyship in general and achieve a few tools to become an ally, or improve your current allyship.
Join our webinar to connect with other DEI practitioners and people of common goals!
