Recap | Building an Inclusive and Diverse Workplace
On June 13, ShanghaiPRIDE hosted the first ever Pride Job Fair at Bridge+. Making the work environment more inclusive, diverse and equal has always been one of ShanghaiPRIDE’s main objectives. Pride not only exists in our parties, gatherings, families and personal social groups, it should also be raised in our workplace!
The Pride Job Fair provided more than a hundred job opportunities from inclusive global and local multi-national companies as well as start-ups across the fields of technology, consulting services, retail, food & beverage, apparel & cosmetics, advertisement, etc. Many enthusiastic job-seekers attended with their resumes and had great conversations with recruiters.
